I love how the practice itself is very down to earth, including the final meditation. Rai does not dwell on esoteric/spiritual meanings, but rather guides us through a meditation where we work from within. She is always inspiring us to be better and to overcome the challenges we face, and breaks down the asanas with very helpful imaging, with flexible options adjusted for each level. Finally, I love the atmosphere of the outdoor classes. After a long week in the lab, connecting with nature is something I really treasure.
